Aintree International Equestrian Centre are pleased to announce a new title sponsor for their expanded indoor showing series in 2018.

Nedz, who have been supplying the equestrian industry with top quality chopped straw bedding for nearly two decades will now be the title sponsors of the following showing and working hunter shows held at Aintree International Equestrian Centre in 2018:-

  • Nedz Winter Warmer Showing & Working Hunter Show – 24th & 25th February 2018

  • Nedz Spring Spectacular Showing & Working Hunter Show – 19th & 20th May 2018

  • Nedz Summer Spectacular Showing & Working Hunter Show – Date tbc

  • Nedz Autumn Spectacular Showing & Working Hunter Show – 22nd & 23rd Sept 2018

Alongside the introduction of a new show, next season will also see the start of an exciting points awards competition with the overall winner receiving a selection of branded Nedz goodies, alongside a lesson with one of the companies sponsored riders.

The points system for the competition will be awarded in each class as follows:-

1st – 10 points
2nd – 8 points
3rd – 6 points
4th – 4 points

Horse/pony and Rider combinations will be awarded points which will be accumulated at each show that they compete in. A leaderboard will be produced at each show with the overall winner announced at the end of the Nedz Autumn Spectacular Show in September.

There will also be section winners from the In Hand, Ridden Ponies, Ridden Horses, Working Hunter Ponies and Working Hunter Horses. Points will be accumulated from each show and the winners from each section will be announced at the end of the Nedz Autumn Spectacular Show in September.

Equestrian Centre Manager Carly Sage said ‘Aintree International Equestrian Centre’s Showing and Working Hunter shows are hugely popular and we are delighted to have Nedz as our title sponsor for our indoor showing shows. We look forward to working with the Nedz team in 2018, who will be in attendance for all of the showing shows at Aintree’

Nedz owner Lisa Cooper-Tomlinson commented “We are thrilled to be working alongside Aintree across their 2018 showing series. It is a superb venue to be able to compete at and their shows offer fun and competition for all levels of riders. We look to meeting many of the competitors next season and introducing them to the Ned brand.”
